For the last couple of years, I have paid more attention to my health because I was starting to experience pre-menopause symptoms. And because Athena, my late pit bull, had diabetes, I looked into that topic a lot. I found some interesting videos on YouTube. But it’s always good to do your research and check with your doctor before taking anything new.
My dad is a total health guy; he swears by this doctor and his books. It’s worth looking into. https://www.facebook.com/drmarkhyman
This is something new that seemed interesting since working out with trainers in Lake Elsinore at the Camp Transformation Center. I switched my sugar to stevia, started eating more fish, and did more of a Greek diet.

This is a supplement brand I was referred to by a dear friend, Karen.
I have also incorporated this supplement every day. It has helped me regulate my hormones, regulate my moods, and lose weight naturally and keep it off.
I take AZO cranberry gummies, Vitamin C 500-1000 mg a day, B12, Vitamin D, and a multivitamin, and I am starting to take Lavendar Calm Pills my doctor recommended.
Currently, my morning routine is to drink room-temperature water with my supplements & vitamins. It helps with insulin regulation. Coffee with stevia or sugar In the raw. Or Matcha tea. I add my ovary good supplement, ghost greens, or any other green powder, Protein powder, almond milk, and fresh or frozen fruit for my morning shake. Bagel with vegan cream cheese or a sourdough English muffin. This has helped me to lose over 40 lbs naturally while keeping the weight off. I also walk about 30 – 40 minutes a day. I was also told by my doctor that 1000 mg of vitamin c is great every day for overall health and scarring as well as bathing in Minerals such as Zinc. For lunch, I try and stick with a salad or veggies with nuts and a protein or, if I am busy, some snack and a shake. I have incorporated more seafood; sometimes, I have steak or chicken or real cheese. Dinner I make vegetable soup with some kind of protein. Also love sushi, and I make a shrimp, spinach, pine nuts, and rice mixture. Garden burgers or fish & veggies. For snacks I like Hummus and pita, kalamala olives, and nuts. Also, protein chips, low-sodium popcorn. Also, the popcorn with Himalaya Pink salt is great for you.
Here is also some cancer info from my friend Karen who was an artist. She did lose her battle. But the information she felt was important for others.
